XCUSE ME! ...give attitude a chance

Saturday, April 25, 2009

Think not a trifle though small it appears. Small sands make the mountains, tiny drops the ocean, and moments the years. From an idea, to discussion, to action, to a movement, this is how a revolution was brought about in The Bhawanipur colleges' student fraternity, years ago. This movement patent itself in the form of a monthly journal, "Xcuse Me!"-Give attitude a chance, has successfully and efficiently completed its two years and is creating waves which extend to cross the border as well. The initiative of a few college students, "Xcuse Me!" was envisioned primarily as a podium for showcasing literary talent and provide a channel of communication to the students.

From the very first volume itself, it took up the mission of bringing the gap between India and Pakistan. Officially launched in the presence of the visiting Principal and students of Karachi High School in November '04,"Xcuse Me!" received a lot of kudos from all and sundry.
